The role

Drafting and maintaining project appraisals, budgets and programmes for the planning phase.
Briefing, appointing and managing a team of professional consultants.
Reviewing and interpreting planning policies for specific sites.
Working closely with the team members from Land, Delivery, Product and Sales to ensure schemes are designed holistically and within budget.
Quarterly reporting to the board of directors and project partners for sites in the planning phase of delivery.
Keeping abreast of the planning policy and political landscape.

Requirements:

RTPI or MRICS qualified or working towards qualification.
Urban Planning or Real Estate degree or masters preferred.
Minimum three years of relevant experience in the UK planning/development field.
Commercial awareness and ability to assess the financial viability of projects.
