Our client is an established, growing financial services organisation who, due to expansion, have created a new role for an Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator working directly for the COO and Executive level members of the business.


The Role

A newly created role, you will work directly for the COO and the wider Board playing a key part in delivering business critical projects and providing both operational and strategic support.


You will also provide executive support to the COO and Board, co-ordinating Board meetings and maintaining all relevant Board reporting.

You will also be the custodian of key company business reporting, including Risk and activity planning reporting. Strong Excel skills and PowerPoint presentation experience is essential.

The Person

A successful and growing company, this role requires a self-motivated and driven individual with proven experience supporting a Board/Executive Leadership team.

You will have proven project management skills combined with your experience as an executive assistant. Financial services knowledge, ideally in Investments and Property would be a distinct advantage. Our client is looking for a professional and disciplined executive assistant, highly organised with strong written English ability.
