This is a hybrid position, helps you to manage your work/life balance. Would suit someone near London to pop into the offices a couple of days a week, when you're in the office, you get free healthy breakfast, fresh juices, lunch, barista coffee etc

In the first year you would deliver:

• New features for their existing products

Required experience:


Lead:

• Somebody to lead the engineering lead (8+ people)
• Running standups, refinement, planning, retros etc
• Needs team leading experience (2+ years)
• State of quality control essential
• Hands on (3050% time coding)
• Min 5 year c#, net
• High availability architecture experience key
• Event driven architecture experience key

- event grid
- kafka
- mediatr
- pub/sub architecture

• CICD (terraform, bicep, infra as code (expected), octopus deploys (bonus))
• Azure experience critical (min 2 year) (event grid & cosmos db min)
• Kafka desirable (upcoming in the future)
• Data engineering experience desirable (data at scale)
• Pair programming & technical q/a abilities
• Testing & QC (tdd)
• Presenting to senior business stakeholders
