Attention all educators We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Cover Supervisor to join our team at a co-educational grammar school in Slough.

The role will be based in Slough and pays between £ £115.00 depending on experience. All experiences are welcome.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing classrooms and ensuring the smooth running of lessons in the absence of the regular teacher.

Key responsibilities include:

Supervising and managing classrooms during the absence of the regular teacher
Delivering preplanned lessons in line with the curriculum
Maintaining discipline and ensuring a safe and positive learning environment
Communicating effectively with students, staff, and parents
Experience working in a similar role
Strong classroom management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students
A good level of IT skills would be an advantage.
