Description

Are you an experienced Sales Assistant looking for a new and exciting opportunity? Or would you like to kick start your career within retail with a strong Sales Consultant development programme?
Salary - £21700 increases to up to £26,040 after probation and including generous bonus scheme

Location - Bristol

Role Type - Permanent

Hours - Full time (varying shifts 9 hours with 1 hour unpaid Lunch Break)

They are looking for a Sales Consultant that has excellent communication skills along with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, whilst also having a willingness to learn and a passion for sales.

Previous sales experience would be beneficial, but don't worry if you haven't got it, because they will ensure you will receive support from your Store Manager and the best training in line with their Sales Consultant development programme.


Customers Service:

You will be Supporting new and existing customers over the phone as well as face to face to meet their needs.


Sales:

Following up on enquiries and advising customers on the best solution for their needs, including selling merchandise and insurance to achieve your store targets.


Store Standards:
Customer's first impressions are key, always ensuring that excellent store standards are achieved
