Description

A full-time permanent Sales Support Officer role is available with MIND Professionals, a Cambridgeshire based mental health recruitment organisation.

, Permanent.

Salary:
Negotiable, depending on relevant experience and qualifications.

Hours:
Full time, 37.5 hours per week. Mon - Fri (08:30 - 17:00)

Location:
Stow-cum-Quy, Cambridgeshire

This role is fast paced and would be suited to someone with previous customer service, sales, or admin experience.

You will have the following qualities and attributes:

Administrative experience
A good eye for detail
Good team player with a drive to succeed and be target driven
Articulate, excellent communicator with confident telephone manner
Determined, selfmotivated with a desire to learn, achieve and to think on your feet
Positive attitude with a tenacious and investigative manner
Resilient manner and ability to work under stress and tight deadlines and to be patient when waiting for your hard to yield results.
Up to date Social Media skills
Highly organised; able to multitask efficiently and manage multiple projects
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Computer literate with proficiency with MS Office
Initiative with a very proactive approach to generating business and sourcing new leads
A strong desire to succeed

Job duties will include the following:

Administrative Support
Supporting consultant staff with related administrative tasks.
Answering the phone, dealing with recruitment enquiries, transferring calls, and taking messages.
Generation of placement documents including booking confirmations and contracts.
Computer literate and able to pick up systems quickly and utilise them effectively.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£21,000.00 per year
