Emtec Building Services are growing and with an impressive pipeline of work already secured we are seeking an experienced
Electrical Supervisor to join our team in
Edinburgh.

Location:
Site based in Edinburgh and the surrounding areas, Competitive salaries, Access to a company van, 32 Days Holiday

The Role

Responsible for the delivery of projects from start to finish.
Supervise and coordinate a team of site Operatives and subcontractors.
Ensuring that the site operations and works are carried out safely, efficiently and cost effectively.
Ensure company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality procedures are always implemented and adhered to
Attend client meetings which include, but not exclusive to clients, Consultants, Main Contractors etc.
Carry out site inductions and Toolbox talks and regularly monitor the quality and safe practices of our operatives and subcontractors.
Assist in planning the workload appropriately and productively for the operative resources
Maintain a close working relationship with your clients

What we are looking for

Valid SSSTS Qualification
Time served Electrician with supervisory experience
Previous experience of working in commercial and industrial construction environments
Capable of working with minimum supervision and able to meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Excellent decision making and problemsolving skills.
Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office package
