BI Data Analyst


We currently have an exciting opportunity for a BI Data Aalyst to join one of our clients in Bournemouth as the are in the process of launching a new product.

As part of a newly established team this offers great scope for an individual with an analyticalmindset and strong interpersonal skills to add value and develop their skills by supporting the Head of BI & Analytics in delivering and maintaining the BI & Analytics for the business.


As a BI Data Analyst you will be responsible for:

  • Effectively prioritise and manage BI & Analytics focused projects through to on time delivery with a high degree of accuracy
  • Maintaining, developing and monitoring MI & BI reports with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
  • Ensuring that work is in line with the overall team strategy
  • Providing relevant knowledge and cover for the Head of BI & Analytics
  • Managing and monitoring of team tasks, communicating with customers as required.
  • Identify and undertake opportunities for self development and training
  • Work with customers to understand requirements and identify opportunity to add value

The successful BI Data Analyst will:

  • Be adaptable, innovative, logical with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Have an aptitude in Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar discipline.
  • Possess confident communication skills, able to liaise directly with customers
  • Experience of data analysis and communicating results
  • Good understanding of SQL / Databricks databases or similar
