About Wonderbloom

We are a recently opened and unique early years setting which specialises in a communication, speech and language focus for all children who attend between the ages of 6 months - 5 years.

Our early education approach combines inspiration from both the 'Curiosity Approach' and 'Montessori Education', allowing children to explore and learn through a range of loose-part play, natural and open-ended resources and opportunities.

Embedded within our curriculum and routine are sensory and mindfulness sessions on top of a range of extracurricular activities offered across the week.

The owners of Wonderbloom have brought together their shared knowledge and experience in childcare and business as well as their joint passion in caring for young children.

They both have a keen interest in supporting children with additional needs and disabilities, which is portrayed through our ethos and focus.

The Role

They will lead a team of educators caring and educating children between the ages of 6 months and 5 years.

As part of this, they will create an enabling environment and opportunities for all children.

Part of their role will include being a key person for a small group of children, implementing activities and opportunities to meet their individual needs and stage of development.

They will form professional relationships with families, working in partnership with parents/carers to ensure children remain at the centre of all care and education provided.

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous early years experience (Essential)
• Level 3 in Early Years (Essential)
• Paediatric First Aid trained (Desirable)
• Safeguarding trained (Desirable)
• Current and full DBS will be required you will be requested to join the update service
