We are currently recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join our client in Bridgwater, TA6 4AT.The Hours for this Administrator role are 3am-11am any 5 days out of 7 so own Transport is Required
The key responsibilities in the role of Transport Administrator include:
- Briefing and debriefing drivers
- Reporting any defects called in
- Processing transport requests for internal support
- Liaising with haulers and customers
- Vehicle and load related data entry
- General administration
- Directing drivers based on locations
- Issuing loading and unloading lists
Now, here's what we need from you:
- The ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong IT skills
- Knowledge and experience in a transport setting essential
