Flame Health's Optometry division have a Maternity cover role available for a confident and experienced Dispensing Optician for an Independent optical practice based in the Huddersfield area.

Our client is one of the most respected independent practices in the West Yorkshire area and you will enjoy the benefit of working in a comfortable, spacious environment.

This forward thinking Independent practice aim to provide a service beyond today's expected standards and are known for being one of the best and adding a unique personal touch

Your main responsibilities as an Dispensing Optician will be to work as part of a successful and supportive team ensuring that you perform to the best of your abilities.

This will mean providing a high level of customer service at all times and to every patient and push yourself to be the best you can be

Duties will include:

Dispensing
Helping and advising customers
Booking appointments
Meet and greeting customers
High levels of customer service
Helping with measurements and adjustments
Advising and helping choose frames

You will of course be fully supported and working with a full team of Optometrists and professionals that will encourage and help you to achieve targets
