Are you a tech-savvy, creative problem-solver with a passion for virtual reality and event production? We're looking for a Lead VR Event Producer to join our production team and help bring cutting-edge VR experiences to lifeGemba is an award-winning EdTech company, bringing the metaverse to life for senior professionals in Global Fortune 2000 companies.
We create ground-breaking immersive learning experiences in Virtual Reality. We work alongside executives from companies such as Nike, Adidas, Amazon, Nvidia, Volvo.
As a Lead VR Event Producer, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing virtual reality events for our clients.
As a Lead VR Event Producer, you'll be working on things like
- Plan, coordinate and execute virtual reality events
- You will take ownership for and be responsible for researching, planning and executing an annual calendar of events for both Masterclasses and Enterprise
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to promote and manage events
- Stay uptodate with the latest VR technology and trends
- You will work closely with the Customer engagement Manager, our Customer Success Managers and the rest of the Operations team, to ensure a smooth Customer Experience.
- Think outside the box to come up with new and exciting ways to use VR in events
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for attendees
- Oversee production, logistics, and execution of events.
- Manage and guide a team
- Produce content for Masterclasses and Enterprise
The perfect individual for this unique role will have
- Strong background in internal social media and content creation
- Experience with virtual reality technology and software
- Strong problemsolving and creative thinking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability to work well under pressure
- Passion for virtual reality
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify new business opportunities
- Hands on, dynamic, bold, relentless and high energy
