Greystone Consulting Group are currently recruiting an Executive Assistant, for a market leading firm with offices in South West London.
Overview:
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to the executive management team, including the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management:
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings and events.
Travel Coordination:
- Arrange travel logistics including booking accommodation and transportation.
- Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all necessary arrangements are in place.
Meeting Support:
- Coordinate and organise meetings, including agenda preparation and documentation.
- Meeting venue booking and setup.
- Take minutes, distribute materials, and follow up on action items from meetings.
Administrative Support:
- Handle general administrative tasks, such as data entry and document management.
- General office support including stationary ordering.
- Administrative tasks for HR portal including joiners and leavers processes.
Confidentiality and Discretion:
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion.
Relationship Management:
- Act as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with team members and external partners.
Problem Solving:
- Anticipate and address potential issues before they arise.
- Develop solutions to challenges and streamline processes for efficiency.
- Be resourceful and able to handle unexpected challenges.
Special Projects:
- Assist with special projects as assigned by the executives.
- Take ownership of specific initiatives to drive successful outcomes.
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Problem solver and calm under pressure.
- Discretion and trustworthiness.
- Demonstrate patience, discretion, emotional intelligence and a sense of humour.
Package:
- Salary of £30k£35k per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
- Great benefits package, including Private Medical Insurance
- 25 days' holidays plus Bank Holidays

- Office based in South West London
- Fulltime, permanent role, Monday-Friday
