Technology Coordinator

Role summary:

We are seeking a highly organised and hands-on Junior Tech Coordinator to support our dynamic technology team.

In this role, you will be responsible for a range of admin and technical duties, streamlining processes, and providing essential assistance to ensure smooth project execution.


Key responsibilities:


  • Organising and managing the tech team's documents for project work and internal knowledge library, ensuring easy access to crucial information.
  • Maintaining an organised SharePoint, decluttering, and implementing consistent formatting as guided by the core team.
  • Collating assisting in consolidating documentation from past projects to retrieve valuable insights for ongoing learning and improvement.
  • Revisioning updating internal documentation and revising project documents to keep them accurate and up to date.
  • Managing Miro boards to ensure they are wellorganised and optimised for efficient collaboration. Supporting the tech team by preparing project materials, setting up physical equipment for tests, and managing cabling and dressing.


  • Archiving

  • Keeping track of tech archiving, ensuring project storage and transfer drives are wellmaintained and organised.


  • Inventory

  • Managing and documenting assets in the tech area, including derigging and optimising kit for expansion.
  • Prep work between projects and tests for clean and efficient hardware testing.


  • Troubleshooting

  • Assisting in solving software and hardware issues during testing in the tech area, Lighthouse, Simulation Suite or for onsite project testing.


  • Content Review

  • Ingesting content and providing adhoc monitoring and support during playback or reviews in the Simulation Suite and WIP reviews.

Required attributes:


  • Strong organisational skills and proficiency in administrative tasks.
  • A systematic and handson approach to problemsolving and task management.
  • Technical / IT troubleshooting knowledge
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks.

Desirable attributes:


  • Proficiency in Office365 suite and task planning
  • Adobe Suite (Mainly After effects, Illustrator and photoshop)
  • Basic 3D knowledge
  • Media servers (Disguise, Resolume, Mad Mapper)


This is a full-time position, to be spent in-person at the Farringdon office to ensure effective collaboration with the team.

On-site work may be required on a per project basis.
