We are seeking a Lecturer in CIPD/Business to join our team at our Chester Campus.

This is an excellent opportunity for an innovative and inspiring Lecturer to provide learners with an outstanding learning experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lecturing on a range of CIPD and HN Leadership and Management courses;
  • Undertake other duties including tutorial support and associated administrative tasks;
  • Promoting and Safeguarding the welfare of children and young persons in line with College policies; _and_
  • Keep accurate records for learners' progress in College and the workplace.

Key Person Specification Requirements:


  • Appropriate professional qualification at Level 5 or above _(or equivalent)_;
  • Teacher trained at Level 6 _(PGCE, DTLLS or CertEd)_ or working towards;
  • GCSE Grade C _(4/5)_ or above in English and Maths;
  • Proven experience of teaching CIPD/ Business;
  • Knowledge and understanding of awarding body standards and requirements;
  • Understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion in work and the learning environment;
  • Experience of working in further Education;
  • Uptodate occupational experience; _and_
  • Enhanced DBS Check.
