We are seeking a Lecturer in CIPD/Business to join our team at our Chester Campus.

This is an excellent opportunity for an innovative and inspiring Lecturer to provide learners with an outstanding learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lecturing on a range of CIPD and HN Leadership and Management courses;
Undertake other duties including tutorial support and associated administrative tasks;
Promoting and Safeguarding the welfare of children and young persons in line with College policies; _and_
Keep accurate records for learners' progress in College and the workplace.

Key Person Specification Requirements:

Appropriate professional qualification at Level 5 or above _(or equivalent)_;
Teacher trained at Level 6 _(PGCE, DTLLS or CertEd)_ or working towards;
GCSE Grade C _(4/5)_ or above in English and Maths;
Proven experience of teaching CIPD/ Business;
Knowledge and understanding of awarding body standards and requirements;
Understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion in work and the learning environment;
Experience of working in further Education;
Uptodate occupational experience; _and_
Enhanced DBS Check.
