Description
Clinical Negligence Solicitor - Cardiff - Hybrid - Claimant
The role will primarily involve working on new and potential instructions along with:

  • Handling a caseload of Clinical Negligence work in line with department strategy with a mínimal amount of supervision
  • Conduct a varied and wide range of Clinical Negligence cases
  • Maintaining a good knowledge of CPR
  • Providing advice to clients on sensitive matters
  • Drafting witness statements and pleadings
  • Reviewing medical reports and providing appropriate advice
  • Maintaining a basic understanding of medical issues
  • Instructing and communicating with Counsel
  • Dealing with highly complex conferences
  • Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent client care skills
  • Highly ambitious and selfmotivated
