Building Surveyor required to work for consultancy in Newcastle.

I am working with a local authority who are looking to take on a Building Surveyor to join their team in Newcastle.

This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who has a few years' experience and would like to be exposed to a wide range of projects.

The Role includes:

Undertaking surveys to continue to repairs and maintenance across the councils housing stock.
Preparation of Schedules of Condition, Preparation of Schedules of Dilapidations.
Defect investigation, analysis, and repair advice.
Working effectively with the team, assisting with various Building Surveying tasks.
HNC standard qualification in a relevant field.
Driving license and access to transport.
Understanding of the core areas of Building Surveying services.
Desire to continue to learn and built upon existing skills

Building Surveyor
