About Our Client:

My client are a third-party logistics provider that operate on a global basis.

They have multiple offices across the UK region however this role will be based at their Leeds office on a full time basis (free parking onsite).

Due to continued growth, my client are looking for an Administrator to support the wider team in a fast paced, challenging environment.

The key duties/ responsibilities of the Administrator role will include:

  • Sending, processing, and chasing invoices
  • Requesting quotations
  • Researching and reporting back findings within the freight market
  • Shadow processing export shipments progressing to dealing with import air and sea freights.
  • Arrange deliveries
  • Screen and direct telephone calls
  • Obtain updates from airlines, shipping lines and hauliers for delivery updates
  • Maintain and updating customer spreadsheets
  • Tasks as requested by the MD and Manager

The Successful Applicant:


  • Good attention to detail
  • Organised
  • Proficient on MS Packages (Excel/ Word/ Outlook)
  • Great communication skills (both written/ verbal)
  • Previous office based experience
