Temporary HR Business Partner - 3 months

£20-25 per hour

JOB TITLE:
Temporary HR Business Partner

LOCATION:
Wembley

HOURS:
Monday - Friday flexible hours to cover core hours 2 days WFH / 3 Office

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

Large focus on Employee relations for operations staff
Dealing with absence and performance management including disciplinary and grievance processes
Providing HR advice and support
Work closely with the SMT
Extensive HR Generalist exposure
Level 5 CIPD / studying towards or equivalent experience
Knowledge of TUPE would be hugely advantageous
