Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Salary:
£24,000 - £28,000 per annum + uncapped commission
Here at Tate Recruitment, we are recruiting on behalf of a reputable family-run business in Nottingham expanding it's commercial team.
As a Business Development Executive, you will:
- Reach out to Midlandsbased business owners to enhance energy provision and efficiency.
- Foster client relationships and coordinate appointments for Business Development Managers.
- Drive lead generation through various channels.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate with teams for smooth onboarding.
- Meet monthly targets and manage workload effectively.
Requirements:
- Experience in telesales or appointment setting.
- Selfmotivated with excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and adaptability to diverse situations.
