LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT - LEVEL 2
We are looking for an excellent experience level 2 support assistant to join our friendly and hard working team.

  • Enthusiastic about delivering high quality support;
  • Passionate about meeting children's individual learning needs;
  • An understanding of and commitment to equality of opportunities for pupils with SEND and SEMH needs;
  • Willing to plan, mark and assess children's outcomes;
  • Committed to developing children as independent learners and thinkers;
  • Committed to achieving the highest possible standards of work and behaviour;
  • A good communicator and team member, who is caring, flexible and approachable
  • Able to create and maintain a purposeful, orderly and supportive environment, in accordance with lesson plans and assist with the display of pupils' work
  • Able to assist with the planning of learning activities and the writing of pupils plans.
