Stafffinders are looking for a temp Receptionist to work for a well-established charity organisation in Renfrewshire. This is a job where you can contribute towards the client's ethos of looking after people and the community.
Your rate of pay and hours of work
This is an ongoing temporary position and has a pay rate of £10.90 per hour, with holiday pay accrued on top.
Due to the location of this role, a driving licence and own transport are preferable.
Responsibilities in your new role
This is a role where you can take pride in having real responsibility - some of the duties include:
- Welcoming patrons upon arrival and checking them in when appropriate
- Handling a highvolume switchboard and directing calls to relevant departments
- Dealing with incoming mail
- Administration, filing and general office duties
