Up to £23,000 pa + £4000 in Bonus
Contract:
Full Time, Monday to Friday | Shift patterns between 8:30am - 6:00pm | One evening shift 11:30am - 8:00pm
Our client is looking for a confident and pro-active Customer Service Executive, to join their busy and expanding team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of consumer accounts, building B2B customer relationships
- Collecting overdue consumer debts, arranging debt recovery plans
- Listening to customers and working with them to resolve their outstanding accounts
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills and a confident telephone manner
- Previous experience working in an environment making a high volume of calls.
- Must be professional and have excellent communication skills
- Be organised and have excellent time management skills
- Be reliable and selfmotivated, along with the ability to work on your own initiative
