GKR London have been instructed on an incredible Lettings Negotiator role for a globally recognised agency operating in Central and South West London.

They need someone with experience in London, ideally SW or Central, who can come in and get stuck in.


Job Description:


You will negotiate the letting of residential properties by proactively calling, qualifying and ultimately negotiating with potential tenants as they enquire and will ensure to deliver a world class service to vendors by delivering the best results possible.


Package Includes:
- up to 22k Basic Salary + Car Allowance

  • Realistic up to £50k OTE first year

You must ideally meet the following requirements:

  • 1 years experience in the residential lettings market in London. (Essential)
  • Proven figures and targets met.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Effective communicator with strong ability to build rapport and relationships.
  • Enthusiasm and drive.
  • Selfmotivated with willingness to learn.
  • Flexible with the ability to adapt to change.
