As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment.
This is a critical role that requires a combination of technical skills, customer service, and leadership abilities.Duties:
- Perform various maintenance tasks such as painting, plastering, and fixing small furniture and white goods.
- Ensure the residential building remains in topnotch condition.
- Promptly respond to maintenance requests from residents.
- Bring your own basic maintenance tools to the job
Skills:
- Welding skills for fabrication and repairs
- Proficient in English for effective communication with team members
- Ability to maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Job Types:
Freelance, Zero hours contract
Salary:
£14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
