• Counselling students on UK Education and Career Options
• Maintain and expand relationship with existing clients, hot and cold calling
• Carry out assessment regarding students' academic performance to advise the most suitable career or education options for them
• Taking the initiative to outsource for potential clients independently (both UK and China)
• Assist with communication between educational or career provider and students/their parents by providing accurate information.
• Maintain accurate ledger of students' details and cooperate with the customer service team based in Mainland China.
• Working closely with the Marketing department and assisting in hitting the sales target

• UK education or work backgrounds are preferred
• Mandarin and English speaking preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and good customer service skills
• The ability to work under pressure and to work rigorously to deadlines
• Having the capability of dealing with changes and difficulties in the working environment, such as flexible working time
• Able to work and communicate with people from different backgrounds and levels

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
