Responsibilities May Include (dependent On Role Level):
- The role is primarily based on the delivery of CDM Services, although experience of delivering additional associated Health & Safety Services could be an advantage.
- You will be responsible for delivering a number of roles in all technical and contractual aspects of a professional practice. Based in one of our west region offices (Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff or Exeter) and with some hybrid working, you will cover a range of sectors which could include but is not limited to infrastructure, property, manufacturing and public sector.
- Be an ambassador for the CDM regulations, providing practical H&S risk management advice to design teams based upon your knowledge and experience of design and/or construction.
- Providing principal designer services on a range of different sized projects.
- Providing with CDM Advisory services to clients on a range of different sized projects.
- Supporting colleagues with health and safety expertise where required.
- Mentoring and supporting junior members of staff.
- Developing existing and new clients as part of our 'win work' strategy.
Skills And Experience (dependant On Role Level):
- Demonstrable knowledge of hazard identification and management, understanding risk management principles.
- Sound knowledge of safety and health in design.
- Experience of managing/working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Client facing.
- Sound understanding of the main Microsoft Office packages.
- Competent report writing.
- Flexible to travel across Faithful+Gould client locations.

- A
- Possess or working toward a NEBOSH National / Construction Certificate or similar.\A member of APS and/or IOSH (preferred but not essential).
