Cover Crew Ltd are currently recruiting for a Administrator/Receptionist for their Aberdeen based client.Role:
Deal with all internal and external telephone communications in a prompt and efficientm manner.
Receive site visitors, both customers and service suppliers.
Receipt and despatch of mail and deliveries.
Arrange travel and accommodation for staff at all levels when required.
Support Office Supervisor with office facilities management.
Support project team with document processing.
Support Office Supervisor with general materials procurement.
Skills:
Good communication skills.
Computer literate.
Articulate telephone manner.
SAP experience preferrable.

£10.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
