We have a unique full-time Customer Service Advisor role to work over a condensed 4-day working week.

You can choose to work either of the following work patterns:

  • Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday am
  • 6.00pm
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday am
  • 6.00pm

In this Customer Service role, you'll get to take back control of your work/life balance, with only four days in the office.

This will be broken into working three weekdays and one Saturday a week.


As Job a Customer Service Advisor your typical day will look like:

  • Working in a fun and fast paced inbound contact centre, providing great customer care
  • Working closely with your team, building great and longlasting relationships with your colleagues along the way
  • Assisting the company's clients with any inquiries they may have
  • Advise customers to products and services

Requirements for this Customer Service Advisor includes:

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • An enthusiastic team player
  • A passion for people
  • Problemsolving skills

The Company:

Our client provides an essential service to their customers and communities. When a crisis hits, our client works tirelessly to offer support.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to represent the company by being on the front line of their supportline.

You will receive 6-8 weeks of full training for this role, so you'll become a master of calls in no time.


After completing your training in the Swindon office, this role will then change to hybrid working, allowing you the flexibility to work from home.
