The Role
Join CSW as Communications Coordinator (Digital) and be part of a global movement campaigning for justice and freedom.


In this varied marketing and communications role, you will support the work of the Campaigns, Communications and Fundraising Department to raise the profile of CSW's leading advocacy work.


We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic Communications Coordinator, with approximately 2 years' experience, to play a key part in our supporter-focused communications.

You will have a genuine passion for all things digital.

You'll be a technical specialist with a creative eye, comfortable analysing data, creating interesting and engaging content for a range of channels.

Regularly update CSW's website with relevant content; creating, uploading and removing content, and editing pages as required.


Create and schedule social media content to grow our community across a range of platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube and LinkedIn.


Write informative, thoughtful and captivating copy for a range of digital outputs as required, which stirs supporters to action and engages new audiences.


The Person
A committed Christian with a passion for justice, you will have a growing experience in marketing and communications. You'll have excellent attention to detail, an aptitude to learn new processes quickly, and thrive within a diverse workload.

Your interest in digital communications will be demonstrated not only in your technical ability, but in your commitment to learning new techniques and processes.

You are a keen communicator who can create compelling, persuasive and engaging digital content.

Educated to degree level or at least two years relevant marketing communications experience.


Strong written and oral communication skills, with an ability to convey messages clearly and persuasively for a wide variety of audiences, altering style and tone as appropriate.
