We aim to enrich lives through authentic travel experiences with our focus on Responsible Tourism. We are building our international travel team in our friendly Worcester city centre offices to handle our ambitious growth plans.

We are seeking a passionate, motivated, and experienced travel professional to join our small team to take a supporting role in designing and managing worldwide holidays for individuals and small groups which enrich lives with authentic travel experiences.
As a specialist in tailor-made travel, you will be guided by and supporting our highly experienced Reservations Manager, planning and booking luxury journeys and experiential holidays all over the globe for our US based travel agent and direct clients.
Your exceptional customer service skills, good judgement and growing worldwide travel knowledge, as well as your passion for travel, and acute eye for detail will ensure that you flourish within this thriving sector.
You will gain a good knowledge of the luxury travel product and services and be able to create, deliver and convert unique, high value itineraries into bookings.
This position offers opportunities for European travel to attend familiarisation trips and trade shows.Duties and responsibilities:
- Have a total commitment to customer service and ensure that our clients return home enriched with their authentic travel experience
- Ensure that every penny invested into a customer delivers a solid return on investment
- Develop strong personable relationships with key contacts.
- Strong team work ethic
- Keep up to date with product and industry information. You will need to develop an intimate knowledge of the products and services the company offers.

- Excellent organisational, planning and administrative skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Proficient keyboard and MS Office skills
Desirable criteria:
- European travel industry experience
- Second European language skills
- Clean driving license
Salary:
£21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
