We are in search of some hard working
Team Leaders to lead a team in completing our Lawn Renovations. If you are very hardworking, dedicated and not afraid of getting your hands dirty, then why not join our team?

We are looking for someone who is able to take
ownership of their day, including proactively looking ahead with their routes and adopting a
'get it done' mentality.

Someone who takes
responsibility for the maintenance and cleanliness of their machinery & company van. Previous experience of
leading a small team or having worked in a team leader capacity would be beneficial

The job will involve leading a small team in the completion of Lawn Renovations including Scarification, Aeration and seeding jobs.

You will be working with highly experienced individuals so no previous lawn care experience is required, however it can be physically demanding work.

A hard working attitude and enjoyment of the outdoors is
essential.

The ability to drive is
essential as some travel is required to get to our Warehouse. Here you will be joined by another member of the team who you will travel with and work alongside. For convenience, it would be preferable to live within a 30 minute drive of PE19 5 area.

This is a full time position, Monday to Friday but the hours do vary from day to day.

Pay:
Up to £14.00 per hour
