KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Processing of daily payments in and out of the bank
  • Paying cheques in Bank reconciliations
  • Managing petty cash transaction
  • Processing bills Checking of completion statements
  • Receiving, checking and posting of Land Registry / AML searches / Probate Fees / SDLT submission statements Month end process Troubleshooting ledger / payment enquiries
  • Year End Auditor queries

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:


  • Have a good general standard of education (to include Maths and English GCSEs at Level 5 above or equivalent)
  • Have experience in a financial/ transactional accounting environment including monthly journals and exposure to VAT
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
