Joining us as a Repairs Manager, you will act as a key member of our Asset Management Team to manage the response and void repairs services, to include responsibility for policy and procedure, quality and KPIs and financial control.

Operationally managing a team of Response and Void inspectors in the delivery of all aspects of planned works in relation to the capital investment programme and associated works, reporting the results and activities in line with our organisation requirements.
