Description

We are looking for a mature minded individual to work in our warehouse as a warehouse operative on a full time basis.

You must be 18+ and have a good work ethic, happy to work alone and on your own initiative. We are looking for someone who is ideally an all rounder, capable of doing multiple task.

Our company is an importer and distributor to both the wholesale and industrial markets. We supply brushwares, galvanised products, mops, broom handles etc.

You will be required to pick and palletise boxes not weighing more then 15 kg, assemble and palletise brooms, keep warehouse clean and tidy, assist with loading and unloading, pack parcels for online sales.

You will be working with air powered tools. Training will be provided.

You must be able to read, write and speak basic English. You should have some experience of working in a warehouse environment. Good communication, punctuality, time management, independent working and honesty are essential.

Forklift licence or previous experience of using a forklift would be an advantage.

Flexible working hours can be arranged.

Due to the location of the business you should ideally live within close proximity to Bishops Stortford or have your own transport.

We are located very close to Stansted airport.

Salary:
£10.50-£13.00 per hour
