Overview
We're looking for an enthusiastic Operations and Marketing Executive with excellent communication skills to join our team.

You'll be a key figure in our day-to-day, join our fast-paced FMCG challenger brand during an exciting and critical time in our growth journey.

Operations

Customer Service Lead - ensuring B2B and D2C customers are served timely with information on products, orders and pricing. Exceptional customer service is our goal.

Stock Control - monitoring stock levels and arrange replenishment in appropriate time so not to affect rate of sale

Interface between Band Curry and 3PL supplier. Ensuring seamless logistics for order processing.

Marketing
To be the front facing contact for the brand and coordinate with external marketing partners.

You will be responsible for implementing changes to our ecommerce channels, uploading and updating products and reviewing merchandising regularly.

Your creativity and knowledge of customer behaviour will be key in informing our customer retention and loyalty strategies.

You will be relied upon for your savvy organisational abilities and proactive approach.
We're looking for somebody who can articulate excellently and have an enthusiasm for growing an exciting business.

Growth mindset and enthusiasm for testing and optimising
Strong SEO experience
Google Analytics experience

Renumeration

Part-time hours: 24 per week

Salary:
£18,000-20,000 per year
