An exciting opportunity has arisen at Kings Lane Medical Practice for a Part Time Medical Receptionist to join our team.

We are a training Practice situated in Higher Bebington.

We are a forward thinking busy training two partner practice with 5 salaried GPs a physician associate, practice nurse, GP assistant and a phlebotomist.

We are training practice and regularly have GP registrars and junior Doctors training with us. We are very friendly and positive thinking.

1 Part Time receptionist covering 22 hours per week

hourly rate of £9.81 sick pay after 6 months

Experience of healthcare setting essential

EMIS Experience desirable but not essential as full training will be given
Flexibility to cover holidays and sickness
Experience of data entry
Experience of working in with the public
High level of confidentiality

Welcome, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service of healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way.

Provide general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors in person or via the telephone.

Filling patient letters and updating notes were appropriate

Scanning letters

Filing post in medical records

Process appointment request for the day and future appointments

be able to cover all reception potion as necessary
