We are excited to be recruiting to the role of Temporary Staffing Adviser to join our busy People Operation's teams.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with experience of working in temporary staffing, service improvement, or human resources to work with our Divisions and Departments on optimising their use of our temporary workforce here at Imperial College Hospitals.


The role will support the Divisions in improving productivity and efficiency through innovation and the effective use and deployment of temporary workforce.

You will liaise with managers to understand and predict temporary staffing requirements, and establish projects and plans to deliver optimum supply.

ensuring they are delivered on time and in a cost-effective manner.


As the Temporary Staffing Adviser you will have the ability to motivate teams and individuals as well as lead and deliver projects.

It will be important that you are able to plan for, identify and address issues that may derail projects.

You will have exceptional communication skills and be able to communicate clearly and effectively on a range of highly complex staffing issues.

Advanced excel skills will be vital to this role and your ability to analyse data, understand the issues and make recommendations.

Expert knowledge of the temporary workforce agenda locally and nationally is also essential.
