London Urban is a rapidly growing, professional building company, in South West London who specialise in high quality renovations and refurbishments, extensions, loft conversions and new build of both residential and commercial properties.

Therefore, customer care is paramount to the delivery of a high-quality service and all team members must be able to demonstrate a high level of proficiency in written, verbal and technical skills.


Due to a general planned expansion the business is looking to add a Business & Project Administrator to their team.

The role will involve a variety of responsibilities including PA support to the Director, commercial administration, and general office administration management.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Confidential support and administration for Directors
  • Administration of the tender process and projects
  • In charge of all supply orders for the business and projects including subcontractors. ,building materials, plant and stationery.
  • General administration for the business
  • Filing, contract and document management
  • Liaising with the Project Managers, suppliers and site staff

  • The ability to prioritise tasks and manage your time whilst being organised, resilient and motivated

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Experience within the Construction industry is essential for this role
  • Proficient in Microsoft platforms including Sharepoint, MS Teams, Word, and Excel and projectbased software packages is a must.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 15 per week


Salary:
Up to £18.00 per hour

Experience:

Residential Construction Sector: 3 years (required)

  • Administrative experience: 4 years (required)
