The key responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Lead include:
- Managing the full recruitment process from entry level to mid / senior level roles
- Working with hiring managers to identify the needs of the organisation
- Creating attention grabbing adverts and campaigns to attract talent
- Attending and creating networking events
- Developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders
Profile
The successful Talent Acquisition Lead should have:
- Experience in a recruitment role, ideally in-house
- Experience attracting high calibre talent through a variety of methods
- Ability to effectively prioritise conflicting requests
- A collaborative approach to work, able to work well with colleagues in the wider People team
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
