My client is looking for 4 new Sales Consultants for their sales teams as the business continues to grow from strength to strength.

You won't be expected to hit the grown running as my client is looking to do a proper onboarding process with as much trainingand guidance needed for you to be successful in your new role

The Sales Consultant role consist of:

  • To call targeted businesses with an aim to prospect for new business
  • To demonstrate an ability to up sell and cross sell other products and services within my clients catalogue
  • To deal with any objections that are presented with a view to turn the objection around in to an opportunity
  • To represent the business in a professional manner at all times
  • To positively approach sales opportunities to maximise sales revenues to meet and exceed targets and KPI's
  • To account manage your client database
  • To attend training when required
  • To adhere and promote the company values and core mission statement

Sales Consultant experience require (not essential)

  • Previous experience in a sales / telesales in either a B2B or B2C environment would be beneficial
  • Confident to approach customers on an outbound basis
  • Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual,
  • Be able to generate business opportunities with confidence
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Be able to show initiative and willingness to learn new sales techniques
  • Adaptable to change within the business needs
  • Ability to remain focused while working remote.

Benefits for the Sales Consultant
- £23,000 - £25,000 Basic salary

  • Competitive uncapped commission structure (

OTE:
£35,000 - £50,000)
