Working Site Foreman/Woman - UK Wide

With a commitment to excellence and a focus on delivering high-quality projects, we are seeking a skilled Site Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of interior fit-out projects.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgetary considerations.
Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams, to ensure smooth project progression.

Site Management:

Supervise and lead onsite construction teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues that may impact project delivery.
Monitor and manage project schedules, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.

Resource Management:

Manage the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and costeffectiveness.
Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the site.

Quality Control:

Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that workmanship and materials meet or exceed project requirements.
Conduct inspections and snagging to address any defects and ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Client Relations:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the construction phase, providing regular updates on project progress.
Address client concerns and ensure overall client satisfaction with the completed project.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Site Manager in interior fitout construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Familiarity with relevant software and tools for project management.

Salary:
£45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
