WHO'S THIS WITH?
Our client is an established events experiential and retail design studio in central London. They work with famous brands and rights holders in entertainment and fashion, an enviable client roster.

They have an opening for a Junior Event Producer with a minimum of 1 year's experience on big event projects.


WHAT'S THE ROLE?


To help manage the delivery of the agency's outputs of its campaigns from design projects and content shoots to live events and activations, ensuring that the output is delivered to the highest standard.


You will also work with the team to own and manage parts of a network of suppliers for accommodation, transport, accreditation, event delivery, freelancers and individual expertise which allows us to deliver best in class events and activations.


Communicate internal and external briefs effectively to ensure all relevant suppliers and internal departments are briefed on projects and clients are kept up to date as necessary.

On smaller projects, own and co-coordinate run of show, event/shoot schedules and

respective event/shoot documents.


On larger projects with the support from the team, own all call sheets and briefs for crew, supporting on the event/shoot schedule and respective documents.

Manage all small project event/shoot logistics, on larger projects support the Senior Projects Manager on all logistics.


WHAT DO I NEED TO BE GOOD AT?


Your ability to prioritise and juggle many tasks, whilst maintaining a calm and professional attitude is a gift that keeps on giving.

Your confidence in building strong relationships with all types and levels of people is invaluable.


Your head for figures and your experience so far of project management tools and/or budgeting spreadsheets will ensure you 'hit the ground running'.


WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?
Strong communication skills

Ability to multitask with attention to detail intact

Excellent organisational and time management skills and ability to work to deadlines

Some basic technical knowledge is required, an understanding of brands and brand communications

You will already have a high cultural radar with a finger on the pulse across all areas of art, design, music and culture with a genuine love of events and experiences
