We are holding our Open Day on Saturday 15thJuly from 10am to 3pm for you to take a look at what KMPT is all about.

There will also be the chance for you to support our charity 'Health, Heart, Hope' by choosing from a selection of delicious home-made cakesUnder the direction of a Locality Services Manager to provide high quality mental health services to Older People with Mental Health Needs within a defined geographical area through the coordination and leadership
of a multidisciplinary elements of the locality service or functional team, or professional staff group (e.g. nursing and occupational therapy) ensuring that the needs of the target population are met.
Uphold the Trust Values, through developing a positive team "can do" attitude and culture through role modelling and setting out team expectation.
The role demands a clear focus on professional clinical leadership and coordination of team members, including taking part in recruitment, supervision and appraisal of staff.
ensure they are clinically supervised as well as managerially, ensuring there is a focus on reflection and best practice.
