This is a fantastic opportunity for an ACA / ACCA professional with experience in managing a varied client portfolio of sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies, and someone that has the ambition and enthusiasm for making the step up to Partnerlevel.


You will initially join the firm as a Senior Client Manager and assist with maintaining a portfolio of clients and your background will be from Public Practice with experience in preparing and reviewing statutory year-end accounts, and tax requirements forOwner Managed Businesses (OMB's).


Experience in business development with the ability to maintain and develop the client base within the firm would be useful, but if you do not have this experience, the enthusiasm to be involved in business development is equally important.


The firm has a team of staff, all experienced in dealing with the general practice requirements for clients which require mínimal staff management but the ability to manage clients and staff is very important.


Key duties to include:

  • Managing a significant and mixed portfolio of fees
  • Preparations and review of statutory yearend accounts
  • Tax compliance and advisory duties
  • M & A work
  • Project based work
  • Business Development

The firm is flexible on the appointment and can consider either somebody who is already a Partner and has a client following or someone looking for the step up from Manager Level.

The starting package will therefore depend on the level of experience andability and other factors such as the size of any client following.
