About the Job
We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our central team and become the in-house lead for all CAD coordination and broader support with event planning.
This role is responsible for supporting our operational team with technical drawing, design and general CAD mapping for event planning purposes.
Scenarios will include but are not limited to Portable Traffic Signals, Road Closures, Lane Closures, Stop/Go, Swept Path Analysis, Priority Systems, Car Parking Capacities and Dot Planning.
More broadly you will assist the Head of Operations Support to coordinate and remotely manage a number of Non-Manager led special events, in support of the Operational teams.
Working closely in a consultative capacity with our Operations team, clients, andwider CSP management, to plan the delivery of services from mobilization through to the final debrief and invoicing.
Beyond your technical skills, a key success factor will be the ability to develop and nurture strong, effective, professional relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure that their expectations are met.
