    Role Overview

    We are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team as Project Surveyor or Senior Project Surveyor, with experience in Project Management. The role involves working on projects mainly in central London for various clients and managing agents.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Conduct building surveys and prepare reports
    2. Manage projects from inception to completion
    3. Administer contracts and ensure smooth project delivery

    Experience of party wall matters is beneficial but not essential.

    This position offers a collaborative work environment with a team of three professionals, including a Director, an Associate, and an Assistant Surveyor. As the building surveying department experiences high demand and growth, there are opportunities for career progression for ambitious individuals.

    About You

    To be successful in this role, you must be a Building Surveyor at either Project Surveyor or Senior Project Surveyor level, chartered with the RICS. We require experience gained with a firm of chartered building surveyors or multi-discipline consultants. Additionally, you should possess some experience in Project Management and a thorough understanding of the building process to effectively manage client relationships and projects.

    A stable work record and a minimum of two years' post-qualification experience (PQE) are essential. Excellent written and spoken English skills are required, along with confidence in interacting with people at all levels.
