THE COMPANY
Our client is a leading online tour operator based in the UK, selling holidays nationwide.

THE ROLE
Our client is looking for CRM Executive to join their team as a brand new role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the CRM strategy to build customer loyalty and retention.
  • Work to agreed processes and SLAs to deliver flawless campaign execution.
  • Develop reports on consumer insights, content and performance through Google Analytics.
  • Communicate all relevant reports to internal stakeholders.

THE PERSON

Key skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in CRM marketing is desirable.
  • Proven experience in a digital marketing position or similar is essential.
  • Strong understanding of key marketing pinciples; consumer needs and journey, user experience and target audience.
  • Key experience with A/B testing.
