Our client is a leading online tour operator based in the UK, selling holidays nationwide.
THE ROLE
Our client is looking for CRM Executive to join their team as a brand new role.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the CRM strategy to build customer loyalty and retention.
- Work to agreed processes and SLAs to deliver flawless campaign execution.
- Develop reports on consumer insights, content and performance through Google Analytics.
- Communicate all relevant reports to internal stakeholders.
THE PERSON
Key skills, experience and qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in CRM marketing is desirable.
- Proven experience in a digital marketing position or similar is essential.
- Strong understanding of key marketing pinciples; consumer needs and journey, user experience and target audience.
- Key experience with A/B testing.
