About Our Client:
You'll be working for a high end retailer based in the Heart of London who design bespoke products. They are rapidly expanding which provides you the perfect of the opportunity to develop and grow with the business. This might be a perfect role if you are looking to utilise your German language skills.
Your key responsibilities for the German Administrator role in London include:
- Accurate purchase order entry
- Provide prompt, efficient, and consistent information and communication;
- Accurate handling of all service interactions to increase customer satisfaction;
- Liaise with internal and external parties to investigate and resolves various types of enquiries;
- Represent the brand appropriately by ensuring all communications are professional, clear, and timely;
- Other service and administrative duties as required.
Other details: 9:00am - 4:30pm - 4 Days Office 1 day working from Training is provided
The Successful Applicant:
You will be a successful German Administrator
-
German speaking or written understanding (Working proficiency)
- Excellent Customer service experience
- Data Entry experience or administrative experience
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel skills
