FlexEJ are manufacturing business based in Stourbridge that produce expansion joints, pressure vessels and other pressure equipment to the Petrochemical, Process, Industrial and HVAC markets.

The company is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual who is looking for a long term career move in a progressive environment that values training and development.

This role is centered around the sales of the expansion and piping products that we stock and manufacture.

We pride ourselves on our ability to help customers to choose the best product for them by understanding both their requirements and our products in detail.

The individual will need to take on technical information and be able to communicate it with customers effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Leading a team technically and commercially with experience in CRM and workflow Management
• Assisting customers in the technical selection of our products
• Following up quotes and developing/maintaining relationships with customers
• Scope for role development in terms of technical and product specification

- customer complaints

Role Requirements

• Experience within technical product sales, ideally within the HVAC industry
• Experience within the full sales process including customer service and quote follow up
• Evidence of development / maintenance of customer relationships
• Use of Sage 200 and CRM software desirable but not essential
